Support Center
Welcome to Feniva Support. Feniva is focused on photo composition study, local saved works, optional save-to-album actions, and note-taking. The answers below cover the most common questions for the current product flow.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start using Feniva?
Open the app, review the entry consent step, then use Import from Album or Take Photo on the Home tab to begin a composition study.
What can I do on the Composition Analysis screen?
You can switch between 18 composition guides, adjust line color, opacity, and thickness, then save the study to the in-app Gallery or save a copy to your device photo library.
What is the Gallery tab for?
Gallery stores the studies you chose to keep inside Feniva. You can filter works by guide type, reopen a study, add or edit notes, dictate observations with speech recognition, save a copy to your device photo library, or delete the work.
When are diamonds used?
Feniva includes a limited amount of complimentary use for Save to Album. After that included use is exhausted, additional save-to-album actions use diamonds, which can be added through optional one-time consumable purchases in the Shop tab.
Why does Feniva ask for microphone and speech recognition?
Those permissions are only used if you choose note dictation on a saved study. They are not required for importing photos, switching guides, or saving to the in-app Gallery.
Are my photos uploaded to a public feed?
No. Feniva keeps saved studies on your device and does not post them to a public gallery. A copy is only added to your device photo library if you choose that action.
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot import or export a photo, check Photo Library permission in iOS Settings.
- If the camera does not open, check Camera permission in iOS Settings.
- If dictated notes do not work, check both Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions.
- If the Shop tab does not load products, confirm that in-app purchases are available for the current device and Apple ID.
