Feniva ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Feniva mobile application.

Product Scope

Feniva is a photo composition study utility. Users import or capture photos, review them with guide overlays, save studies inside the app, optionally save a copy to the device photo library, and add notes by typing or dictation.

Information We Process

• Photos that you choose to import or capture for composition study
• Saved study previews and note text stored locally on your device
• Guide selections, line color choices, opacity values, and stroke thickness settings
• Dictated note text generated through speech recognition if you choose that feature
• Basic device and diagnostic information needed for app stability and support
• Purchase-related platform information required for optional consumable in-app purchases

Permissions

Feniva may ask for access to:

• Photo Library: to import photos and save a study copy to your device photo library
• Camera: to capture a new photo for composition study
• Microphone: to dictate notes for a saved study
• Speech Recognition: to convert dictated notes into text

How We Use Information

• To run the core composition-study workflow
• To maintain your local study gallery and saved notes
• To support save-to-album actions and optional purchase features
• To improve stability and respond to support requests

Storage and Retention

Saved studies and notes are primarily stored locally on your device. If you delete a study from Feniva, the related local preview is removed from the in-app gallery. Any copy you save to your device photo library remains subject to your own device photo library controls.

Sharing

Feniva does not publish your photos or notes to a public gallery. We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be handled by Apple or platform service providers only when required for requested functionality such as in-app purchases, speech recognition, or standard app operations.

Children's Privacy

Feniva is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Feniva after an update means you accept the revised policy.
